By accessing and using DAW Macros Hub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
DAW Macros Hub is a platform that allows users to share, discover, and download DAW keyboard macros and key command configurations. The Service enables users to:
- Upload and share their Cubase macro configurations
- Browse and download macros created by other users
- Rate and review macros
- Create collections of favorite macros
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must sign up for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. User Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for the macros and content you upload to the Service. You agree not to:
- Upload macros that contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine is otherwise objectionable.
5. Intellectual Property
By uploading macros to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your macros through the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your macros.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the license described above for any macros you upload.
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Any defects or errors will be corrected
- The Service or any macros downloaded from it will meet your requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You acknowledge that macros downloaded from the Service are provided by third-party users, and we are not responsible for the content, functionality, or safety of such macros. You download and use macros at your own risk.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAW Macros Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
